Should I list an Associate's degree from a tech school on my resume when I have just completed a Bachelor's degree in business from a "real" (accredited) school? Will listing both diminish the quality of my 4 year degree in a prospective employer's eyes? Please weigh in on this issue with any opinions/insights. Thanks!

Tech Schools get a bad rap among newcomers to the real world.
If you have some sort of relevant or real world training, buy all means include it.

Training as an IT repairman, or as a plumber, or whatever is useful in the real world is always relevant.

If your training was in astrological forecasting, you might want to reconsider including that.

Good luck to you

It depends on the job you're applying to. If your tech degree is relevant to that job in some way, then yes, absolutely list it. If it has no relevance whatsoever to that open position, then do not list it.

Was the AA a terminal degree, and the Bachelor's in a different subject? If so, list them both. If the tech school just fulfilled some class requirements on the way to get the bachelor's then don't.

You always want to list independent degrees for which you were issued a diploma.
